Beauty On Location: The Daily Grind

When time are this hectic it's a same day, same face kinda week. During a day to day basis I tend to not experiment much with makeup, the usual combination goes a little bit like -  whatever's closest, easy to apply, easy to blend, a big fluffy brush and a tiny mirror. 

Clothes wise I'm pretty much always based in trousers - these suede number are from Helmut Lang, as is the jacket, both of which I picked up in New York. Onto the addition to the combination - the Celine, Trapeze if you were wondering. Big enough to fit in a laptop, ipad, notebooks and the majority of my beauty stash (aka my life). Large enough be a statement and small enough to carry around on my arm. Shoes are something that need no intoduction as I breifly mentioned them in this post. Isabel Marant High Tops. nuff said. 

As for makeup - since my Simple skin routine I've opted for a much lighter coverage foundation which I've found in Koh Gen Do Aqua Foundation - long lasting, light coverage and blends seamlessly into the skin. A light dusting of Guerlain Terracotta Powder and a dash of Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Dollface to perk up my skin.  My eyes will be swept in the two brown shades from this Suquu Blend Colour Eyeshadow Palette in 10 and lashes coated in Helena Rubenstien Lash Queen Mascara.

Onto the new bit - Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener, which didn't provide enough coverage for me to be impressed with. Something light, matte and blendable that's perhaps better for summer days where there's more sleep involved.

With LFW around the corner there won't be any shortage of news here, a lot of exciting things planned Ladies - can't wait to share!
