NARS The Happening Eye & Cheek Palette

NARS The Happening Eye & Cheek Palette £45 ASOS
Trying to resist the NARS Happening Palette didn't end well. Laguna bronzer, Orgasm blush and four gorgeous eyeshadow shades all conveniently packaged up into one handy palette. Of course my justification for this purchase was - 'it's fantastic for travelling!' because all the other 'fantastic for travelling' palettes I own clearly didn't suffice....


NARS Orgasm Blush & Laguna Bronzer are easily their two most well known and coveted shades, Laguna bronzes and brings warmth like no other and Orgasm brightens and highlights. Onto the four eyeshadow shades, three shimmer and one matte. An interesting combination of cream, taupe, lilac and a matte brown perfect for creating a smokey eye with a slight twist. I've been sporting the cream all over the lid, taupe in the outer corner, the matte brown to add thickness to the lash line and the lilac in the socket to add definition. 


Next on my list is the adorably small And God Created The Woman Palette, someone talk me out of it...

    oh my this is absolutely beautiful... it's like the perfect perfect palette!!!! i can see why you caved... i never knew about this one but the "and god created woman" palette has been very very tempting for me. i'm trying hard to remind myself i already have both of the UD naked palettes and many more...

    Ahh this palette is gorgeous. I've been falling more and more into love with NARS products lately (can't put down my bottle of NARS Sheer Glow foundation) and seeing this didn't help. I suppose I have another trip to Sephora to make! lol

    I went into Selfridges looking to get the Orgasm/Laguna duo but the counter girl talked me into this palette instead! It was my very first Nars purchase and it is so lovely indeed :)
