My Makeup: LFW Saviours

Of course I love experimenting with makeup, that goes without saying, but for days where backstage call time is 730am and the last show is around 12 hours later it's time to pull out the big guns, the ones I can apply with one eye open, that don't need a steady hand and require little attention at all.
Stumbling out of bed leads to the first step, sorting out my unruly locks. Oribe knows where it's at when it comes to hair, there are two saviours that have given me 'yes I did just wake up to voluminous slightly messy hair' Oribe Fibre Groom and Dry Textuizing Spray. Fibre Groom gets applied randomly throughout the ends, seperating what I like to call, first day fluff, in my hair and Oribe gets spritzed through roots to add some volume.

To make skin look slightly more decent the routine goes a little like this - foundation, concealer and blush. As a base it's all about Cle De Peau, matte finish, long-lasting, medium coverage and blends like a dream. Sounds amazing, non? Concealer is the easy clicky pen that's By Terry Touche Veloutée and blush is the pick-me-up shade of Tarte Amazonian Clay in Dollface

Burberry Complete Eyeshadow Palette in Mocha £40 (post here), Dr Lipp £11.50, Maybelline Superstay 24 Hour Matte Bold (post here)
It's either eyes or lips and so far I've been mixing it up doing a bit of both, smokey eye palette Burberry Complete Eyeshadow Palette in Mocha got a little outing as well as today which I'm sporting a Maybelline bright lip, but one thing is certain, Dr Lipp comes with me everywhere.

The majority of my thoughts at the moment revolve around my soft warm duvet but that'll have to wait till tuesday evening. Let the countdown begin!

  1. Love the Maybelline SuperStay range; it reminds me a lot of Max Factor's Lip Finity but in a much more modern range of colours
