Ciate Caviar Manicure Sets in Rainbow and Mother Of Pearl

Hello Caviar Manicures! How yummy are these! A couple of days ago Ciate released 3D nail kits called the Caviar manicure - That look good enough to eat! The set comes with a tray, a funnel, caviar beads and a matching nail polish! (By the way I love the Ciate polishes - they have the best brush!) The caviar beads are super micro and there are three shades Rainbow, Black Pearl and Mother of Pearl. Below are Rainbow and Mother Of Pearl. It's seriously easy to achieve and despite me thinking it wouldn't even last a day - it did! Here's the easy step by step guide of how to achieve these nails with Ciate Caviar Manicure...

Ciate Caviar Manicure Beads in Rainbow and Black Pearl
1. Start with clean nails
2. The box comes with a plastic lid that you use as you tray to catch any of the excess beads and funnel them back in so there's no waste. Place the lid on the surface you're working on

3. Paint one nail at a time and when the nail is still wet pour the beads over your nail - making sure your nail is in the tray. I think the trick is to apply the beads as soon as possible - even a couple of seconds later and the layer of polish is a little dry causing the beads to adhere less.
4. Press the beads lightly into the nail making sure they are all in place.
5. Repeat steps on all nails

6. Apply a top coat to the edge of your nails, sealing in all the beads, to make sure they last longer!

7. Funnel the beads in the tray back into the nail polish pot so there's no waste!
8. Wait for 20 minutes for the nails and beads to set

  3. I really love this idea and think it looks lush but there is no way I'd spend on the Ciate kit when you can buy microbeads so cheap on ebay (like £2!)- does make sense! xx

  6. I love the idea of it but its just not practical and the cost isn't justified. I know there has been a little controversy over this in the blogging world I will be interested how this takes off and whether Ciate keep producing it, its a tad too novelty for my liking. But you did a great job hun'
