New In: Clinique Chubby Stick For Eyes

Clinique Chubby Stick Shadow Tint For Eyes in 11 Portly Plum and 04 Ample Amber
Just when I couldn't rave about Chubby Sticks enough, (their Intense collection and specifically Grandest Grape) there's a new launch to add to the mix, Clinique Chubby Stick Tint For Eyes. Here's their report card... 


First impressions CSE are everything you would expect - creamy, blendable, silky soft texture but all shades are shimmery and extremely pigmented. In terms of longevity they're a big thumbs up - no primer needed with these, in fact primer made them apply a tad more sheer. 


The downfalls? There's just one. The extremely round nib. Something that could become blunt easily and it's quite hard to add definition. More of a sweep all over the lid kinda colour, which is exactly what I've done above - the shade 04 Ample Amber if you were wondering. 

Here's the scoop: 12 shades, £16 each and out of the 15th of February. Final score? Points deducted for the nib shape but a solid A-.

    I love the idea of these but I would struggle with them so much! Lovely shade though!!

    These look great! The colour is gorgeous. I find my MAC Paint Pots to behave the same with primer too. The nib shape seems a bit off, though... you'd think it would be more like a jumbo eyeliner, in that it should be pointy.
