Bedside Beauty Box

Seeing as those peepers will be closing any second I don't spend time dilly dallying on the bedside beauty routine, just a few simple items to keep it brief whilst doing their job. Plus points for the lotions and potions that contain scents to help drift off whilst adding to my beauty sleep...

To set the mood This Works Deep Sleep Heavenly Candle is, in fact, heavenly.  Leaving the aroma of lavender and chamomile in the air perfect for pre-sleep winding down.

Nail maintenance is first on my list, if I'm feeling adventurous nails get doused in Sally Hansen Grow Nails Now! to give stumpy nails a kick.  Any unwanted cuticles get chopped with Tweezerman Cuticle Nippers, whilst the rest proceed to get soaked by a pump of Dr Hauschka Neem Nail Oil. Jurlique Rose Hand Cream gets massaged in to hydrate, soothe and protect parched paws. Not particularly fussed on hand creams but Jurlique's is easily absorbed, light yet nourishing. (Oh - it also smells like rose, yum!)

For some lippy lovin' Dr Lipp does the trick, perfect for evening use as it's a little too sticky for windy days. Sleep with dry and cracked and awake up to full and plump - magic.  French pharmacy buy Homeoplasmine gets applied anywhere dry and crusty (lovely) such as any face patches, super sore lips or cuticles that are in need. Another magic purchase that all the makeup artists backstage seem to love too...

Lastly Origins Sensory Therapy gets applied on pressure points like temples and neck, the calm scent lingers on, perfect timing to pop on my Holistic Silk Eye Mask and away I drift...
